Sorry still no Late Mail, look for it to return in Round 19 when all the byes are done and dusted. But NRL Tweet Player of the Year Voting continues every week and we will have a final update on the leaderboard after Round 18 when all the Byes are over - a full 2 weeks after the Dally Ms go 'under wraps'.
Bulldogs v Sea Eagles - Sea Eagles by 6 points.
The Dogs don't have a playmaker and the Sea Eagles have Lyon, Stewart and Foran. Only chance for Dogs is early strikes and their pack doesn't let Manly back in the contest - can't see it.
Dragons v Cowboys - Dragons by 4 points.
Good win by Saints over Melbourne but I pick them on game location rather than any form/confidence that they'll beat an undermanned Cowboys team. Cowboys need a huge game from Michael Morgan... Dragons need even more from Marshall-Widdop this week.
Roosters v Sharks - Roosters by 12 points.
The Chooks should put 30 on here... Sharks just can't be picked even after their gutsy comeback against Brisbane.
Tigers v Panthers - Panthers by 6 points.
Panthers because they don't have to take on Farah and Woods up front. Panthers could win handsomely - even though it is at Leichhardt.
Rabbitohs v Titans - Rabbitohs by 6 points.
Wow... tough sell for the Bunnies any day of the week but though the crowd may be non-existent at ANZ - the Titans might turn up and play footy and if they do - Souths could get a shock.
The Postman's Late Mail is in flux... we apologise but when he can find the time to dig some up before everyone else does it on Thursday he'll bring it back. |

The 'Special Fried Rice' picks have returned but given it is me v me, every week - I'll just be listing my 'SFR' of the week with the FootyTab Starts as the variation aspect to keep things interesting vs just saying 'this team will win this week - guaranteed'.
