DOUBLE YIKES!
3/8 and 3/8 to open season 2018... there's no doubt this is a horrendous start, so take the below tips with my 37.5% success rate to start the year in mind!
But as always - will keep doing my best!
Tips for Round 3 2018
Storm over Cowboys
Yeah... so this should be an out and out blockbuster of a sporting event in Melbourne... pity the MCG will be packed with 100,000 people at the same time. Seriously - this is so badly scheduled by the NRL it is genuinely humorous. Storm to win.
Panthers over Bulldogs
Don't trust the Panthers despite them being 2-0... definitely don't trust the Bulldogs at 0-2.
Broncos over Tigers
Not respecting the Tigers enough I know but the Broncos bounced back very well to beat the Cowboys - so Broncos.
Raiders over Warriors
I'd be dirty at myself if I picked the Warriors on the road and they let me down yet again... then again I've picked Canberra both weeks so far and they've done nothing for me.
Sea Eagles over Rabbitohs
Manly crushed Parra by 54... the Bunnies blew a 14-0 lead at Penrith. I guess Manly...?
Eels over Sharks
Parra to rebound... yeah from a 54 point loss. But Cronulla blew their own 14-0 lead over Saints at home so... Parra.
Dragons over Titans
I really like what the Titans are capable of but things have to go right across the board for them to beat most teams. Dragons start the year 3-0 if they are actually any good - even if this is on the Gold Coast.
Roosters over Knights
Easts please. But feel free to shock me with a 3-0 start Newcastle.
