Game of Round 14 is Saturday night in Auckland - Warriors v Roosters.
Sure no Origin stars for the Chooks and JWH didn't get on the plane but the Chooks won't be as bad as they were against Cronulla (bogey team!) and the Warriors were woeful in a game some idiot tipped them to win in Perth.
ROUND 14 TIPS
Souths over Tigers - If Reynolds actually plays the Bunnies win by 40, otherwise only by 10-18. I'm officially off the Tigers this year - they stink at the moment.
Warriors over Roosters - Shaun Johnson is a good player... and can be really really good. It just happens spasmodically... think this is a weekend when he shows that. Roosters still a good chance though... did I say good enough times?
Titans over Bulldogs - Mbye and Reynolds are a nice combo... but the Dogs pack is a lot weaker this weekend than you realised... no Graham, Williams, Klemmer or Jackson. Don't like the Titans but think they might have an edge out wide if they hold the middle given no Morrises for Dogs. I mean seriously - half of the Dogs starting 13 is out! Over to you Titans.
Storm over Eels - no faith in Parra anymore... no wait, never had any faith in them but somehow Jesse Bromwich alone could win this for the Storm. That said, up til this arvo I thought Parra would win - even with their implosion on Monday.
PS. Just pick QLD... but be jealous, I'll be at the MCG next Wednesday and it is just a little bit exciting.
